Who We Are

Since its formation in 1981, Fulton Research has been on the forefront of the national real estate market research industry. In the 1980s and 1990s, under the guidance of founder George Fulton, the firm conducted market feasibility studies for major financial institutions, developers, and homebuilders, including comprehensive customer research for Builder Magazine's annual National Home Shoppers Surveys. Our unique research helps architects throughout the country successfully design desirable floor plans and facades, and also aids planners in designing more livable and efficient communities.

Fulton Research has provided real estate advice and strategic guidance to such notable and diverse firms as Armstrong World Industries, Hewlett Packard, Verizon/Bell Atlantic, Vornado/ Charles E. Smith.

In 2004 Dan Fulton became president of the firm and lead Fulton Research to become a full-service real estate research and advisory company, expanding from the firm’s core capability of housing research to include office, retail, hospitality and sustainability. As the real estate industry evolves, and in the current economic climate, there are more risks than ever which require careful and thoughtful analysis. Fulton Research will continue to provide sound, strategic advice based on careful and comprehensive market analysis to help you successfully navigate around risks and steer toward success.
